THIS PROMOTION IS OFFERED ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF TEXAS WHO ARE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER WITH A VALID TEXAS DRIVERS LICENSE AND MAJOR CREDIT CARD. WINNERS MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE GAME THEY ARE CHOSEN FOR, 2 TICKETS WILL BE PROVIDED. GAME DATES 11/26/11 @ 7pm, 01/20/12 @ 7pm, 03/31/12 @ 7pm.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter. (1) Complete the Registration Form at http://volenteboatclub.com/shoottowin/index.html by entering your name, mailing address, phone number and email address, click on the "Submit" button, or (2) call 512-257-2628 and provide your name, mailing address, phone number and email address. All online entries must be submitted by 5pm March 23rd, 2012. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered at time of entry. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for undelivered, lost, late, misdirected, garbled, illegible, incomplete entries or for technical problems related to, or limiting the ability of an individual to participate. If for any reason the online entries are not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the online entries, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel or terminate online entries and select the monthly winner from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation or termination. All entries become the Sponsor's property and will not be returned.

DRAWINGS: Three winners will be selected for each “Shoot To Win” event in 3 random drawings that will take place on November 18th, 2011 for the November 26th, 2011 “Shoot To Win” Sweepstakes, January 13th, 2012 for the January 20th, 2012 “Shoot To Win” Sweepstakes, and March 23rd, 2012 for the March 31st, 2012 “Shoot To Win” Sweepstakes. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this promotion. Non-winning entries will be entered into subsequent drawings. Each winner will be notified by e-mail, or phone. Winners will be provided tickets to the Texas Stars Hockey game and must be able to attend the game to participate in the Sweepstakes during intermission. If any winner is unable to receive the prize or is unable or unwilling for any reason to attend the game, that individual will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

If a contestant scores, they will receive a complimentary one-year membership to Volente Boat Club. The membership is a Weekday Level 2 Membership ($3335.00 value). Odds of winning any drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each winner is solely responsible for all taxes related to the prize. Prizes are non-transferable. No prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Each winner will have 60 days after notification to claim their prize in person at the Volente Boat Club. Winners will be required to execute Volente Boat Club’s standard membership contract which sets forth the member’s rights and obligations. All unclaimed prizes are forfeited.
GENERAL: This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Travis County, Texas, and all claims must be resolved in the state or federal courts of Travis County, Texas. By entering, entrants agree: (1) to be bound by these Official Rules, by the decisions of the judge, and by Sponsor's Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions; (2) to release, hold harmless and indemnify Sponsor and its agents from any and all liability, injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance and/or use/misuse of any prizes; and (3) to be contacted by Sponsor via e-mail or phone. By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising, promotion and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Volente Boat Club LP and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents ("Sponsor and its agents") and the immediate family members and those living in the same household of each are not eligible.
